If you are not thrilled with your subcripton boxes, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your quarterly payments.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next quarter, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 30th of the month prior to renewal.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. The subscription is for surprise boxes so that's a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you don't like the contents of the box, it can be an opportunity to gift the items to friends and family. Please be sure to cancel your auto-renewal so you aren't stuck with another box that isn't a perfect fit for you.
